Vessel Walkthrough and Details

Layout:

The standard three-stateroom floorplan is arranged with the galley down, and the lower helm is open to the salon allowing for an uninterrupted lower helm view from bow to stern. The galley on Paper Lady was completely removed and beautifully rebuilt in about 2015.  All three staterooms have a private head compartment with separate stall showers. Walk-in engine rooms on each side of the lower-level corridor with access doors fore and aft.

Outside, the semi-enclosed afterdeck is fitted with wing doors and extended windshields for weather protection, while a bridge overhang shelters the walkaround side decks. Fixed (not hinged) radar arch, integral bow pulpit, wheelhouse deck doors port and starboard.  The inside bridge access, and an all-glass aft salon bulkhead provide 360-degree visibility from the lower helm.

Excellent flybridge with twin Stidd helm and companion chairs followed by “U” shaped seating. Aft on the bridge is an electric “low boy” davit and chocks for a tender.

Galley:

Completely rebuilt and updated by an amazing shipwright, the galley is amazing. Granite countertops (on an aluminum honeycomb core) blend with custom wood cabinets even more elegant than the original Hatteras mahogany. The custom dinette has storage in the pedestal under the custom sliding table top. Two refrigerator drawers under the counter forward and a single deep freezer drawer aft provide much more refrigeration space than the original upright refrigerator.

The 4-Burner electric cooktop is directly over the full-size convection/microwave oven. Extensive counter space surrounded by custom cabinetry with storage for coffee maker, blender, and numerous other small appliances. Stack unit washer/dryer in forward stateroom.

Broker's Comments

Paper Lady is an excellent example of a well loved and cared for yacht. The owners are still using her but know it’s time to let her go. The vast majority of the hours were spent at 9-10 knots and getting right at 1 mile per gallon fuel use. Engines are generator run strong, start quickly and don’t smoke once warmed a tad. There is more equipment aboard than I can get listed in a reasonable time frame. This is a sweet boat!
