"The Sanctuary" is a raised pilothouse motor yacht with an expansive flybridge, full beam main salon with dining area and a country kitchen galley. She has three staterooms for owner and guest, plus accommodation for crew forward and completely separate.
The main salon spans the full beam of the yacht and is extremely spacious. Entering from the aft deck through a large clear plexiglass sliding door there is a comfortable settee to port with a a coffee table in front. Across to starboard is the entertainment center. Forward on the starboard side is a wide stairwell that winds down to the owner and guest staterooms.

The dinning room is absolutely unique it has a custom crafted with seating for six. Forward is a wet bar area with storage and a Scotsman ice-maker. To port and stud. of the dining table is plenty of storage.
All of the interior lights have been replaced with dimmable LED lighting
The raised pilot house is situated forward from the salon and can be accessed from either side. It is aft and above the galley, there is a leather bench seat aft of the helm, garnished teak ships wheel. To the port side of the seating is three step that leads up to the flybridge.

A passage way leads forward from the salon along the starboard side of the yacht, past the day and raised pilot house and to the the ever popular area for guests and crew to congregate on the main deck.
The galley area had a total refit all cabinets were removed and replaced with a high quality custom made cabinets and marble counter tops. The area features the top of the range appliance and a dinning area that can seat 6 to 8 individual comfortable for more informal dining

Moving forward above the dinette area are cabinets with additional storage and a wine cooler.
The flybridge and boat-deck is accessed up from the raised pilot house. The helm station is amidships forward and has an extra wide double bench set just aft. The helm station has bee arranged for ease of operation and is well equipped. As part of the helm seat is a locker that house a small refrigerator and sink. The aluminum radar arch that spans the bridge and supports all of the yachts antennas.
The flybridge seats 12- 16 guest comfortably on built-in settees and storage below lockers under the seats which run aft down both sides of the flybridge. Center line aft and forward of the boat deck is a lounging bunny pad for comfortable sunbathing. Half of the flybridge is shaded by a Bimini top.
The boat deck is aft of the bunny pad which and carries a 14ft Novarania 2004 tender

Located downstairs from the salon, forward of the foyer and guest staterooms. Is the master stateroom which spans the full width of the vessels beam. This is a spacious room that provides ample area for a King-sized bed. Walk-in closet that is cedar lined, additional closet, chest of drawers, night stands with reading lamps on either side of the beds.
Facing forward aft of the king sized bed is the his and hers head and shower. All of the cabinetry was removed and replaced with custom cabinets and marble counter tops.

Situated all the way aft and on the port side, features twin berths and a pullman above the inboard berth, hanging closet and a private ensuite head and shower. All the bathroom cabinets were removed and replaced with custom cabinets and marble counter tops

A full size wash and dryer is tucked away in the foyer area together with a storage cabinets.

Side doors, port and starboard lead out to the side decks, which leads to the foredeck . Up on the foredeck is an additional sun-pad and a large compartment for deck and cleaning supplies located beneath the pad.
The windless and controls are mounted, as is the ship's bell.
Located forward of and down from the galley, this area can comfortably sleep two to three crew. This area consist of a captain cabins which has a center line double berth.
Moving aft and on the port side is an addition berth with a closet and to starboard is the crew lounge. The crew share the head and shower of which all of the cabinetry was replaced with custom cabinets.

- Had the running gear dropped inspected and serviced accordingly

- Day head stripped out and replaced with new head system and vanity.
