A very popular model with a great history. Walking through this vessel you can certainly see some updating and refurbishing that may be needed, but it all doable to someone that is handy.
The decks on the topside are remarkably solid under foot for a Sea Ray of this vintage. The interior is obviously outdated which is going to be standard on almost every boat of this time frame. The exterior upholstery is in exceptional Condition relative to its age, and the layout of the cockpit is practical.. but again it is a layout originally designed in the 80's. This is not a new boat.. But very affordable indeed.
One engine had a new block replaced and completely rebuilt in 2021 the other in 2022. It is reported the is about 20 and 40 hours on these engines.
Some things included but not with the current pictures on the boat. (These photos may be added later) There is a long transom bench seat that is stored under cover. The seller took that out because they prefer to have the extra rear cockpit space. There is also a Full Cockpit Cover, Bimini Top, and Camper Canvas included and stored inside their home.
The boat features inboard engines so if you want to live on the water (dockside, mooring ball, or on the hook) This may be your perfect opportunity.
A much newer boat in this size range and class will cost you hundreds of thousands more. (and yes you will have to put some money into them as well) Please do not expect to not throw some money into this boat to make it how you want it.
Sellers DO want this boat sold. I am willing to write up a reasonable offer and all offers that I consider to be close to reasonable.

Like many Sea Ray models, the 350 Sundancer (called the 370 Sundancer in 1992–94) has aged well over the years. She was a stylish boat when she was introduced in 1990, and she remains a handsome express design even by today’s standards. Built on a deep-V hull with a wide 12-foot, 4-inch beam, the Sundancer’s interior is fairly conventional with a midcabin area aft and a stateroom forward. The salon is dominated by a huge semicircular sofa that converts to a sleeper for two, and while a curtain is used for mid-stateroom privacy, a door separates the forward stateroom from the main cabin. The head contains a separate stall shower, and an optional TV/VCR swivels out for easy viewing from anywhere in the cabin. Topside, the 350/370 Sundancer’s cockpit is arranged with a double helm seat, aft-facing seat, transom bench seat, and a wet bar with sink and cooler. An integral bow pulpit, radar arch, and transom door were standard. Note that in 1994—the final year of production—Sea Ray added U-shaped lounge seating in the cockpit and replaced the original sliding cabin windows with oval ports. Twin 310hp MerCruiser V-drive inboards cruise at 20 knots (high 20s top).
